Namescape offers traditional Fortune 500 benefits that include health, life, dental, vision, 401k, and an employee assistance program. There are a variety of medical insurance plans offered and Namescape pays for 50% of the employee’s health insurance premium.
Employees receive two weeks paid vacation and two floating holidays (per year) after completing the first six months of employment, and five sick days after completing three months of employment. Employees are eligible immediately for seven paid holidays per year.
