Active Directory Solutions for Health Care

rDirectory and myPassword and joBot and mPowerTools

Managing Active Directory in a health care environment can be complicated. The diverse nature of hospital staffing presents special challenges to IT and Human Resources as they endeavor to maintain control of employees in administrative and operations positions, as well as the ever-changing medical staff.

Namescape's rDirectory is a robust, scalable web-based employee and resource directory that also effectively manages authentication and provisioning, while providing alerts, audit logs and essential reporting.

Combined with myPassword, our self-service password reset solution with strong anti-hacker features, Namescape can help you safely and securely manage user identities throughout the entire enterprise.

rDirectory and myPassword support both Active Directory and Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS), providing our health care customers with a choice in directory management solutions.

Health Care Case Study
A large health care organization with thousands of users, as well as hundreds of offices, clinics and other sites needed a way to create a unified directory of the organization. The challenge was an IT architecture consisting of many different platforms, none of which allowed for easy integration of identity information. Using ADAM (now AD LDS) and rDirectory, the organization was quickly able to implement a custom directory solution that shareed the security features of Active Directory, but could be deployed across a disparate IT infrastructure.
