The Professional Edition continues to build on the previous editions by adding multiple levels of Edit Delegation, Group Management and Help Desk features. It also includes the ability to have multiple, specialized Search Applications, such as an organizational Yellow Page.

Group Management includes the ability to delegate management of groups.

Group Self-Subscription capability makes it so end users can manage their own membership of select groups, and backlink editing so a user's group membership can be managed directly while the user is editing their other information.

Help Desk features include the ability to delegate password reset and account management functions, such as unlock, disable or delete, to help desk operators or managers, without giving them administrator rights.

Delegation is enhanced by dynamically using Roles to present different users with different display and edit capabilities within the same view.

The Professional Edition allows an unlimited number of Search Applications for Users, Groups, and Contacts, and provides a role-based menu to organize access to multiple pages of applications.
