Randy E. Bradley, President, Chief Architect and Founder

Randy Bradley founded Namescape in 2002, with the intention of capitalizing on both his business success and a deep-seated understanding of directory services and enterprise network potential. Randy Bradley is nationally known as a leading developer of network integrated software for Fortune 500 companies. Bradley co-founded NetPro Computing in 1991 and departed in 2002 to found Namescape. His vision and passion is to further expand the directory solutions critical to effective utilization of Microsoft's Active Directory IT infrastructure.
Bradley's goal is to once again translate his vision into low-cost, high-value software solutions for organizations and entities that depend on Microsoft Active Directory technologies to achieve success. Randy holds an EE from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California.

Joanne Carthey, Chief Operating Officer

Joanne Carthey has a proven track record of success in entrepreneurial leadership. In 1991, she and Randy Bradley co-founded NetPro Computing, a company initially dedicated to building advanced software to manage enterprise directories. She served as NetPro's president and CEO from 1992 until 2001, then as chairman of the board until 2004. Under her leadership, NetPro experienced 100% growth four out of its first five years and subsequently raised $4.5M in venture capital. Both Carthey and NetPro won numerous industry honors and awards over the years both for technical excellence and innovative management.

Carthey was named first runner-up nationally in the 1999 Small Business Association's (SBA) Small Business Person of the Year competition. In addition to her impressive entrepreneurial career, Carthey's background includes 17 years of management experience in Fortune 500 companies. Joanne's alma mater is The Principia College.

Michael Dodson, Director of Engineering

Michael Dodson is a veteran software engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the design and development of commercial software solutions. Prior to joining Namescape in 2006, Mr. Dodson held the position of Vice President of Engineering at NetPro Computing. NetPro is a leading provider of industry recognized solutions for directory health, availability and security. His professional experience also includes leadership positions at Artisoft, Inc., Landmark Systems Corporation, and IBM. Mr. Dodson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.

Evan Buchanan, Vice President of Sales

Evan Buchanan is a leader in sales management and recognized as one of the top sales and customer service experts in the industry. He has managed an annual revenue plan as high as $480 M and has consistently exceeded revenue projections throughout his career. Buchanan is a proven strategic thinker and led a 13 state sales region for MCI Worldcom with responsibility for 390 staff. He is known for creating exceptional and empowered sales and service teams. Buchanan brings both the dynamic energy and the depth of experience necessary to achieve extraordinary results.

In addition, Mr. Buchanan's experience as a successful business owner, entrepreneur and top executive sales leader in a Fortune 100 company enables him to offer best-in-class solutions to his customer's business challenges. Mr. Buchanan graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.

Judy Cleveland, Director of Marketing

Judy Cleveland is holds the position of Director of Marketing and at the same time is directing the administrative functions for the company such as database management. Her multi-functional background includes 20 years of professional experience in diverse environments from start-ups, growth and restructuring to acquisitions. Judy's recent high-tech experience as the VP of HR and Administration at NetPro Computing gave her a breadth of experience in organizational development, change management, training and development and all things related to Human Resources and Administration. Her professional experience includes spearheading the U.S. marketing initiative for CanAmerica Global Health Services and includes management positions in the Fortune 500 companies SAIC and Mitsubishi. Her education is in business management and expanded knowledge from various business conferences.
